Included in the approximately 70,000 square foot development are 49 units of housing:

• 22 one-bedroom units
• 12 two-bedroom units
• 15 three-bedroom units

Seven of the units will be fully accessible for people with limited mobility.

The Clairton Inn Project provides a healthy, safe and attractive alternative for families in the core of the City’s primary commercial district.

All 49 units in the project will be affordable to households at 50 percent of area median income (this means that current income limits are up to $28,000 per year for a one-person family and scale up with increasing family size) and internal subsidies would make several units affordable to households at as low as 20 percent of area median income.
